Prayer
Prayer is an essential part of Christian life.
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." (Philippians 4:6)
Bible Study
Studying the Holy Scripture is central to Christian life.
"All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work."
(2 Timothy 3:16-17)
Praise
Praise is an expression of our love and veneration to God. It can take many forms like singing, poetry wriring, film making, body worship, etc.
"Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!" (Psalm 150:6)
Worship
Worship is the centerpiece of Christian community.
"But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” (John 4:23-24)
Discipleship
Discipleship is an active following of Jesus Christ with Jesus' followers.
"That very day two of them were going to a village named Emmaus, about seven miles from Jerusalem, and they were talking with each other about all these things that had happened. While they were talking and discussing together, Jesus himself drew near and went with them." (Luke 24:13-15)
Mission
Mission is an active response to God's grace by serving, loving and caring others who are in need.
"If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead." (James 2:15-17)
